The phenomena investigated by social scientists are rather complex. Usually, many ("multi") variables have to be used to explain these phenomena. In Methods and Statistics II the theory and application of multivariate statistical models will be discussed in depth. These models can be used to investigate the relations among many variables simultaneously, thus providing an accurate explanation of the subject of interest.
